What internet speed do I need for 4K IPTV?
Plan for at least 25 Mbps of stable download per simultaneous 4K stream. If two televisions stream 4K at the same time, 50 Mbps or more keeps both smooth.

Why does my 4K channel buffer while HD works fine?
4K needs roughly five times the bandwidth of HD. Switch to Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, enable hardware decoding in your player, and close other downloads. If it still buffers, our support moves you to a closer 4K server.
